Your stays are sometimes made as a couple or with family and/or friends. With the “Resa+” formula, you can always benefit from the special discount on one or more flats adapted to your reservation.

If you are not sure whether you can use your package, you can bring a family member or a friend in your place.

Note:

  • The minimum package is payable in advance: 3’000 CHF
  • You have a personal code for your bookings
  • The reference price is the standard price on our website on the day of your booking request.
  • The minimum reservation is 5 consecutive days, cancellation 30 days before possible, if the stays are shorter a supplement for the cleaning and the change of sheets is required according to the reserved flats.
  • Maximum 10-day booking in peak season winter (25 December to 7 January and 10 February to 6 March).
  • Reservations are subject to availability, which can be seen on the internet (please book in advance).
  • Tourist taxes are extra.
  • The package is valid for 12 months from the first booking.
